Purchasing your goods with us is designed to be simple, quick and secure. Before you order, please ensure that you have read the Terms and Conditions

Basket Page
When you start to buy, simply click the View Basket link on the top-right hand corner of our site. And make sure you put your desirable products with correct quantities in the basket and click the green “Continue” button.

If you are a new Customer then you will be taken through the registration form in which you will be prompted to enter information such as name, email address, address, contact telephone no. and password. If you are an existing Customer then you will be asked to log in, if you have not done so already.
After log in your account, the basket will be shown again for reconfirm your order. Please make sure that you have ordered the correct size for the product (if applicable) and the desired quantity is correct
When you are ready to buy click the “Continue” button on the basket.

Address Page
Please fill in your delivery address if it is different from your registered address and then click the “Continue” button.
The delivery address and delivery cost will be shown. Please confirm the information and then click the “Continue” button.
You will see the related shipping cost appearing on this page.

Payment Page
For consumer who prefers to pay by credit card, please select Paypal service

If you have an existing Paypal account please log in and pay under your account.
If you don’t have a Paypal account, please click the ‘continue” link on the bottom of the page and then fill in your credit card information.
After this is completed you will be shown a payment confirmation page, Please ensure that the amount is correct and click the “pay now” button.  

An information sheet including your payment amount and our bank account will be available for printing. After you complete the payment, you should send the pay-in slip to us by fax (852-23561808) or by email (info@olmegastore.com). 

Finally, you shall receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Your order will then be confirmed, and all you have to do then is sit back and wait for the goods to be delivered!
